【摘要】 <正>形态学(morphology)、解剖学(anotomy)或称组织学(histology)、细胞遗传学(cytogenetics) 和化学分类学(chemical systematics)是植物学家鉴别植物种群的主要工具和手段。在许多情况下,如在从事中药和植物药的科研、生产以及化学成分的研究工作中,我们须应用这些手段对所研究中药和植物药的基源做出判断。但是,许多事实表明,由于这些方法对植物多方面的特征描述具有较高的要求,并且多数情况下还需要获得新鲜的植物样本,因此,有时不能既准确又简便地解决中药和植物药的基源鉴定问题,特别是对于以粉末形式应用的中药和植物药更是如此.这也是导致在中药和植物药化学成分研究领域中存在有由于对植物基源作出的错误判断而产生的一些对其所含化学成分的错误报道的主要原因.

【Abstract】 Radix Angelicae Sineusis,which comes from the root of Angelica sinensis,is often used for activating blood circulation and for acesodyne in traditional Chinese medicine.Its original authentication was mainly carried out with the method of morphology,histology,cytogenetics and chemical systematics.Now chemical fingerprinting has been an additional method that must be included as a quality control method in order to confirm or deny the plant material being used for the manufacturing of a product.According to our standardized procedure for the preparation of CSPD,we obtained the CSPD A of Radix Angelicae Sinensis of 5 kinds sample which comes from 4 source,and then we got their ~1HNMR fingerprints,which could be used for original identification and quality evaluation of the herbal medicine.Meanwhile,six compounds were isolated from CSPD A of Radix Angelicae Sinensis,and their structures were elucidated by spectral methods as Z-3,8,3 a,7 a tetrahydro-6,3,7,7 a-diligustilide-8 -one(1),Z,Z′=6,6′7,3a′-diligustilide (2),Z,E′-6,6′7,3a′-diligustilide(3),Z-6,8′,7,3′-Diligustilide(4),trans-6,7-dihydroxyligustilide(5), Z-Ligustilide(6),respectively,among which compound 1 wasdetermined to be a new one.
