硝酸镥急性生物效应的核磁共振及模式识别研究

【摘要】 <正>近年来高分辨率~1H NMR 技术结合模式识别(PR)方法在生物体液中代谢物的研究,得到了长足的发展,尤其在临床医学应用和药物毒性分类领域显示出重要的作用。随着稀土化合物的广泛应用,稀土元素有可能越来越多地通过各种途径进入生物体内,因此评价稀土在生物体内所造成的短期和远期生物效应,并对稀土的安全用量做出科学的评价已成为重要
【Abstract】 Pattern recognition technique has been appfied to the studies of 600 MHz 1HNMR spectra of urine from rats treated with Lu(NO3)3.Male Wistar rats administered with variable dosages(0.2,2, 10,100 mg/kg body weight)of Lu(NO3)3 and one of the following model compounds:sodium chromate,mercury Ⅱ chloride,hydrazine,carbon tetrachloride,α-naphthylisothiocyanate,or vehicle.Urine samples were collected over a 48 hour time-course and the 1H NMR spectra were measured on a 600 MHz spectrometer.The NMR data were analysed by Soft Independent Modelling of Class Analogy(SIMCA).Successful classifications of the acute biological effects of Lu(NO3)3 were achieved based on the model compounds.
