【摘要】 <正>自1969年法国 Rhone-Poulene 开发出原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂类除草剂类 Oxadiazon以来,许多公司对此类结构化合物进行了大量研究,发表了许多高效除草剂。其中,有不少品种含有吡唑环。作者在新农药创制过程中合成了具有吡唑和异（口恶）唑环的化合物,并用核磁共振波谱表征了它们的结构。用 gCOSY,gHSQC 和 gHMBC 等技术完成了全部化合物的¹H,¹³CNMR 谱带的归属,并用高分辨谱较准确地测定了¹⁹F—¹H 和¹⁹F—¹³C 的偶合常数。更多还原

【Abstract】 The structures of the title compounds are identified by ¹H,¹³C and various two dimensional NMR spectra with all absorptions of ¹H and ¹³C NMR assigned.The coupling constants between ¹⁹F and ¹H/¹³C are determined accurately.The factors affecting coupling constant values have been investigated. It is demonstrated by ¹⁹F—¹H and ¹⁹F—¹³C coupling constants that the phenyl rings show better coplanarity with pyrazole rings when X is H.The characteristics of R and X have important influence on the electron distribution within the molecules.The relationship between their effects as herbicide and the molecular structures should be checked further.更多还原
