基于Cox’s模型的加速可靠性增长模型

【摘要】 建立产品可靠性在环境应力水平和增长时间段上二维变化的加速可靠性增长模型,给出了模型参数的最小二乘估计(LSE)和模型的拟合优度检验方法,有效的解决不同应力水平产品MTBF的转换难题,为加速可靠增长问题的解决提供了新的思路,最后用具体的算例,验证了模型的正确性.
【Abstract】 Accelerated Reliability Growth Testing (ARGT) is a promising trial method, but there is no a reasonable model to describe the Accelerated Reliability Growth (ARG) of product. Based on the Cox’s accelerated life testing model and Duane’s reliability growth model, an ARGM, which is brought forward in this paper, can be described as the two-dimensional function of stress level and time, and be used to solve the problem about conversion between various stress levels reasonably. The parameters of model are estimated by applying multiple linear regression using least squares and the method of goodness-of-fit test are presented. At last, the example about ARG is given.
