三维摩擦温度场动态分析系统研究

【摘要】 本动态分析系统所采用的是红外点测温和热像仪面测温方法,并将这种非接触测温技术和无线技术结合起来,获得环- 块摩擦副接触区的实时点温和非接触区面温信号;在温度场分析部分,主要是通过 VB 调用 APDL 程序进行有限元分析。结果表明:使用该动态分析系统的摩擦磨损试验机可实时获得在不同载荷、速度、摩擦力和摩擦因数等工况下温度场的变化,并以二维曲线、三维图像或表格形式显示,有利于对试验材料的摩擦学特性变化做出实时、客观、量化的评估。
【Abstract】 What methods of measuring the temperature this Dynamic Analysis System adopts is by infrared point measurers and thermal imaging system surface measurers,and this measuring the temperature technology and the wireless technology have been put into use combining with to gain the real-time temperature signal from a contact point in the ring- piece pair and the non-contact surface.In the Analysis of the temperature field,this is the procedure of Finite Element Method Analysis mainly through carrying out the APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language)programming called by Visual BASIC.The results show that:It is the use of the Dynamic Analysis System to enable friction and wear test machine to have a real-time analysis for temperature distribution in working conditions such as different load, speed,friction and friction factor,and to display that in the forms of 2D curves,3D images or tables,which is beneficial to make a real-time, objective,quantitative assessment of the changes of tribological properties of materials.
