ZN490柴油机磨合期的铁谱监测试验研究

【摘要】 制定了 ZN490柴油机的磨合规范,进行了磨合试验,包括空载运行、负载运行、调试及验收阶段。通过铁谱分析技术, 可实现对其状态监测,指导磨合规范的制定,对新发动机的合理使用和大修后的磨合工作提供技术支持。定量和定性铁谱分析表明: 0~5min 时间段内,谱片上磨粒数量增加快,粒度大,发动机摩擦副的磨损量较大,磨损率较高,为磨合初期。5~20min 时间段内, 发动机的磨损率逐渐降低,为磨合中期。20~60min 时间段内,磨损严重程度指数曲线变化平稳,磨粒细化,氧化物减少,为磨合后期。60min 后,发动机转速及载荷的增加与减少并未对磨粒数量及粒度的变化造成很大影响。试验结束时,摩擦副表面已建立起稳定的磨损及润滑状态,发动机已完成磨合阶段并向正常磨损阶段过渡。因此,针对 ZN490柴油机制定的磨合规范是合理的。
【Abstract】 The running-in experiments including non-load running,load operation,debugging and acceptance stage were studied and the running-in criteria of ZN490 diesel engine was provided.Ferrography analysis technology was feasible to monitor condition,guide establishment of criteria and provide technical support of running-in process for new engine and one after overhauled.The quantitative and qualitative Ferrography analysis shows that the initial running-in stage was completed in 5 minutes with the rapid increase of big wear particles on the ferrograph and the high wearing rate of friction pairs,the running-in interim was in 5-20 minutes with the decrease of the wearing rate,the final running-in was achieved in 20-60 minutes with the smooth change of the index of wear intensity,the fining of wear particles and the decrease of oxides.After 60 minutes,the increase and the decline of speed and load had few effects on the quantity and the size of wear particles.The stable wear and lubricating condition of friction pairs were established after experiments and the running-in stage was accomplished.It is shown that the running-in criteria of ZN490 diesel engine we established is reasonable.
