铁谱和红外光谱技术在我国航天领域的应用

【摘要】 本文针对航天科技集团公司试验用航天卫星真空系统的高速精密轴承,采用铁谱和红外光谱技术,成功证明该系统的金属部件处于零磨损状态;其产生的黑色固态沉积物是润滑油和保持架材料(布基酚醛树脂)的混合物,说明该精密轴承保持架材料经高速长期运转后磨损与润滑油形成了类似油泥的黑色固态沉积物。

【Abstract】 In this paper ferrography and infrared spectroscopy were successfully applied in the condition diagnostics of the high-speed precision bearing which is used in the model vacuum satellite system by Aerospace Sciences and Technology Co..The results showed that the metallic components did not appear wear and the retainer material occurred wear after long-term high speed operation.The wear resultant-black solid deposit was the mixture of lubricating oil and retainer material(cotton phenolic risen).
