新型双螺旋槽端面密封主要结构参数对密封性能的影响

【摘要】 针对一种用于高速高压、超低温等极端工况下的新型双螺旋槽端面密封装置,在等密封闭合力的假设下,对动环槽形几何结构参数,如槽深、槽数、槽台宽度比及螺旋角对密封性能(密封间隙、泄漏量及液膜刚度)的影响进行了理论研究。综合考虑较小密封泄漏量和较大的液膜刚度,计算结果表明取较小的槽深(考虑实际工作过程中启停过程带来的磨损,不宜小于15μm),槽数10~15个,槽台宽比0.25~1.0,螺旋角α≤20°较适宜。

【Abstract】 The effects of geometric structural parameters,such as groove depth,groove number,ratio of groove width to land width,and spiral angle of the rotor of a new double spiral groove face seal working under high velocity,high sealing pressure and ultra-low temperature conditions on seal performance(i.e.seal gap,leakage rate and film stiffness) were theoretically studied with the assumption of fixed closure force.Desiring for both low leakage rate and large film stiffness,a small groove depth(no less than 15 μm,considering the wear during the operation,especially start/stop),groove number of 10~15,ratio of groove width to land width between 0.25 and 1.0,and spiral angle less than 20° are appropriate according to the calculation results.
