特种材料混粉电火花加工表面摩擦磨损性能研究

【摘要】 利用 CJS111A 型摩擦磨损实验机研究特种材料工件分别用普通电火花与混粉电火花加工的表面耐磨性能,用扫描电镜对磨损表面微细形貌进行观察并分析.实验机的对磨球磨损率越大则表示该工件表面越耐磨,2种加工表面对磨球磨损率是:普通电火花为2.4×10-5mm3/m.而混粉电火花为1.4×10-4mm3/m,是前者的5.8倍.结果表明,混粉电火花加工比普通电火花加工更能改善零件表面的耐摩擦性能,混粉电火花加工技术在特种材料的加工领域具有广阔的应用前景.
【Abstract】 The surface friction-resistance of the special material workpieces machined by traditional EDM and powder mixed EDM were studied by using a CJSI 11A friction and wear testing machine,and micro-ap- pearances on the frictionized surfaces were observed and analyzed by using a SEM.The higher wear rate the frictionized ball against the workpiece on the testing machine,the better friction-resistance the workpiece has.The wear rate of frictionized ball corresponding to the two processed surfaces are as following,2.4×10-5 mm3/m for the traditional EDM and 1.4×10-4mm3/m for the powder mixed EDM,which show the latter is 5.8 times of the former.The results show that the powder mixed EDM is better at improving the friction-re- sistance of workpiece than the traditional EDM,which will lead the technique of powder mixed EDM into a wi- der application in field of machining the special material.
