Ti6Al4V合金高速干滑动摩擦磨损性能研究
Study on friction and wear behavior of the Ti-6Al-4V under very high dry sliding velocity

【摘要】 在 MMS-1G 型高速高温干滑动摩擦磨损试验机上,采用 Ti6Al4V 合金作为销试样,与 GCr15配副, 研究了滑动速度和接触载荷对摩擦副摩擦磨损特性的影响.利用 JSM-5610LV 型扫描电镜(SEM)和 EDAX 型能谱分析仪(EDS)对摩擦表面磨损形貌和成分进行分析.结果表明:摩擦系数随速度的增加而减小,在高速条件下,摩擦系数随速度的变化分为三个阶段,磨损率随速度的增加而增加但呈波动性变化;随载荷增加, 摩擦系数降低,磨损率增加,在速度大于40m/s 条件下,当载荷达到1.33MPa 时,磨损率趋于一致.在速度较低时(30~40m/s),Ti6Al4V 合金销试样磨损机制主要以粘着磨损和磨粒磨损为主,在速度较高时(>40m/ s),由于摩擦热的作用,销试样出现“蘑菇效应”,摩擦表面发生大量流变和氧化.
【Abstract】 Using a high speed tribo-tester,tribologieal behaviors of Ti-6Al-4V alloy were investigated with sliding velocity in the range of 30~70m/s,morphology and surface element distribution of the worn sur- faces were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and electron dispersion spectrums analysis (EDS)respectively.Experimental results indicated that,with increasing of the sliding velocity,the friction co- efficient decreased and the wear rate fluctuated.Specially,the friction coefficient changed in three stages un- der very high speed condition.Increasing the contacting pressure,the friction coefficient decreased and the wear rate increased,and the wear rate approached to a constant under the contact pressure at 1.33MPa and the velocity exceeded 40m/s condition.The wear mechanisms were mainly adhesion and abrasion in the range of 30~40m/s;with increasing of the sliding velocity(>40m/s),the mushroom effect was observed for the influence of friction heat,and large plastic flow and oxidation occurred on the worn surface.
