【Abstract】 A simple testing method on lubrication properties of cutting fluids is designed.It evaluate the lubrication properties of cutting fluids by the maximal tapping moment and the error of the test is less than 3%.The process of test is closer to the practical cutting condition than the method used by fourball tester.
