宝钢1580mm热轧锥套损伤机理浅析

【摘要】 本文主要介绍了宝钢1580mm 热轧三菱油膜轴承锥套在使用中常见的损伤,从结构、变形以及设计原理等角度上对锥套在使用中突出的损伤缺陷机理进行了一定的初步分析,并指出了在使用三菱油膜轴承操作维护中的改进方案。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the familiar of 1580mm hot rolling mill oil film bearing sleeve made by MIT- SUBISHI Heavy Industry Co.in BaoShan Iron and Steel corporation.Analyzing the damnify mechanism principium at the point from the structure,distortion and design principle,the paper propose the advancing pattern employing and maintenancing MITSUBISHI oil film bearing in the end.
