燃滑油泵滑动轴承摩擦副材料磨损特性研究

【摘要】 通过对5种轴承材料和经过处理的2种轴颈材料进行配副试验,找出最为合适的摩擦副材料。经过试验及分析,确定由钒氮硫共渗处理的40Cr 作为轴颈材料,QSn4—3作为滑动轴承材料;以及由钒氮硫共渗处理的40Cr 作为轴颈材料,改性超高分子量聚乙烯塑料作为滑动轴承材料,均是合理的方案,后一种方案对重油润滑介质中含磨料时尤其具有优势。
【Abstract】 Through the experiment and analysis with five kinds of plain bearing material and two kinds of journal material which were processed to find most suitable couples,it was confirmed that 40Cr(through VNS process)for the journal and QSn4-3 for the bearing;and 40Cr(through VNS process)for the journal and modified UHMWPE for the bearing are both rational choices.And the second one has more advantages than the first one when some abradant exist in the lubricate medium of dead oil.
