聚合物纳米微球用作润滑油添加剂的摩擦学行为研究

【摘要】 用乳液聚合法合成了聚苯乙烯类纳米微球,在透射电子显微镜上(TEM)表征其形貌和粒径.将合成的聚合物纳米微球用作润滑油添加剂,在四球试验机上研究了它的摩擦学行为,同时考察了浓度、负荷、交联度以及壳层结构对其摩擦学性能的影响.结果表明:聚合物纳米微球的交联度及壳层结构对其摩擦学性能有重要影响,在一定添加浓度和中低负荷下聚合物纳米微球有良好的减摩抗磨性能.
【Abstract】 Polymer nanoparticles were prepared by emulssion polymerization and were characterized by TEM,DSC and TGA.Their tribological properties as additives in lubricating oil were evaluated on a four-ball machine.The results show that the cross-linking and core/shell structure affect the frictional behavior of polymer nanopartichs,under middle-low load and proper concentration,the polymer nanopartichs have good anti-wear and anti-friction performance.
