【摘要】 森林作为一种自然资源,由于人类对其认识不足,几乎是不计后果地无偿索取,由此造成了森林资源如今面临的危机。因此,根据资源稀缺性,人们在林业上也应引入经济学的概念与方法,对森林资源进行经济评价,以期实现自然资源的有偿和有效利用,从制度上保证森林的健康发展和可持续经营。为客观科学地评价森林的各种经济价值,对现有的森林资源评价方法进行了论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The forest provided human beings with materials and environment for living.But now,the forest resource is faced the danger of running out because of irregular or even destructive cutting,over grazing,increasingly serious pollution and so forth.To protect the valuable forest resource,people are supposed to pay a sum of money for sharing the functions and mate- rials of the forest.So,it should be appraised.In this paper we discussed forest resource appraisement methods of the present stage.更多还原
