油菜K121S温敏核不育的遗传初探

【摘要】 以芥菜型油菜温敏核不育系 K121S 及其母体不育源05S 为材料对其温敏核不育性进行了遗传分析,试验结果初步认为,二者受同一不育基因系统控制,4对隐性重叠基因控制基本不育性,还存在1对活性受温度调节的隐性抑制基因,在其激活状态下可抑制重叠基因的作用而表现可育,使得 K121S 具有夏播不育而秋播可育的温敏性,05S 不具温敏性而呈典型的核不育表现。存在3种不育基因型:温敏型 s1s1s2s2s3s3s4s4ii,纯合不育两型系 s1s1s2s2s3s3s4s4Ⅱ,杂合不育两型系 s1s1s2s2s3s3s4s4Ⅰi,温敏型可作为纯合不育两型系的临时保持系获得全不育群体。测交 F1全部可育,各分离群体 F2夏播表现3:1、15:1、63:1、205:1、255:1,秋播3:1、13:3、15:1、61:3、63:1、 253:3、255:1、1021:3和全可育,兄妹交或 F1回交可能出现的分离为:夏播1:1、3:1、7:1、15:1,秋播1:1、3: 1、7:1、15:1、31:1、5:3、13:3、29:3、61:3和全可育。

【Abstract】 Inheritance of the thermosensitive genic male sterility(TGMS)in rapeseed-mustard(Brassicajuncea)was studied applying TGMS‘K121S’and its original population-genic male sterile(GMS)line‘05S’.The results showed that their male sterility were controlled by the same set gene system which consisted by four pair of recessive overlapping genes,designated as S1S1S2S2S3S3S4S4,besides this,there exist one pair of interactive recessive inhibit gene ‘ii’ which role was adjusted by temperature,it is activation under relative low temperature and can inhibit the role of overlapping sterile genes,but not activity under relative high temperature and the role of overlapping sterile genes can be expressed, that’s the reason of ‘K121S’ was fertile in autumn sowing but sterile in summer under the Kunming’s natural climate,by contraries,‘05S’failed sensitivity to temperature because of including dominant inhibit gene.There were three male sterile genotypes:S1S1S2S2S3S3S4S4ii(thermo-sensitivity),S1S1S2S2S3S3S4S4Ⅱ(dominant homogamety,non thermo- sensitivity),S1S1S2S2S3S3S4S4Ⅰi(heterozygosis,non thermo-sensitivity).Stable full sterile population can be produced by thermo-sensitivity type as temporary maintaner crosses with dominant homogamety type.All test cross F1 was fertile,F2 showed segregate ratio of3:1,15:1,63:1,205:1,255:1 insummer sowingand3:l,13:3,15:1,61:3,63:1,253:3, 255:1,1021:3,full sterility in autumn respectively,possible ratio in sib-mating or backeress F1 are 1:1,3:1,7:1, 15:1 in summer sowing,hur1:1,3:1,7:1,15:1,31:1,5:3,13:3,29:3,61:3 and full sterility in antumn.
