制备可见光响应的SiO2/TiO2-xNx纳米复合光催化粉体

【摘要】 采用在高温管式炉中通入氨氩混合气对 SiO2/TiO2复合粉体进行掺氮的方法制得新型纳米级复合粒子 SiO2/TiO2-xNx, 其中 SiO2/TiO2复合粉体是通过钛酸四正丁酯水解法在预先分散于纯水中的纳米 SiO2粒子表面包覆 TiO2所制得。采用多种手段对样品的结构、形貌及光吸收特性进行了表征。结果表明,在450℃下掺氮反应3h 后,样品中氮元素摩尔百分含量为 1.43%,即复合粒子分子式为 SiO2/TiO1.901N0.099,粒径小于20nm,粒子为包覆型结构,外层为锐钛矿相 TiO2,内层为无定型 SiO2,其光吸收闽值由387nm 红移至500nm 左右。实际光催化降解 SO2的实验表明,样品在可见光作用下的降解率有了较大提高。

【Abstract】 A novel composite material-SiO2/TiO2-xNx powders was synthesized by nitrogen doped SiO2/TiO2 powders in pipe-still heater,the SiO2/TiO2 powders prepared by hydrolyzing tetra-n-butyl titanate in dispersed solution of silicon dioxide previously.XRF,TG-DTA,XRD,XPS,TEM and UV-Vis facilities were employed to characterize the composite’s morphosis and properties of optical absorption.The results show that the sample (nitrogen doping for three hours at 450℃) appears light yellow,the molecular formula is SiO2/TiO1.901N0.099,its shell is anatase titania and the core is amorphous silica,the average particle size is less than 20nm,the nitrogen content is about 1.43% and the optical absorption edge shift from 387nm to 500nm.The experiments of photocatalyse SO2 indicate that the photocatalytic activity of sample has been improved significantly.
