两个世代香猪的生理和生化指标测定分析

【摘要】 对上海交通大学农业与生物学院选育的一世代和三世代香猪幼猪的生理和生化指标进行了测定和分析.两个世代香猪幼猪的体温、呼吸次数和心率相似, 也接近原产地同龄香猪,且公、母猪之间差异不显著(P>0.05);两个世代幼猪的血清谷丙转氨酶、血糖、血清钙、血清无机磷水平基本一致,且不同性别之间差异不显著(P>0.05);三世代幼母猪的血清总蛋白含量略高于一世代幼母猪,而其中白蛋白百分比例则显著高于一世代幼母猪(P<0.05).试验结果表明,该香猪种群的生理、生化性能较稳定,且由于其血清生化值与人类相近,因而是理想的医学研究用实验动物.

【Abstract】 The physiological and biochemical indexes of the first and the third generational young Xiang pigs at agricultural and biologic college in Shanghai Jiao Tong University were measured. The results showed that the rectal temperatures, respiratory rates and heart rates of the young Xiang pigs were similar among the first generation, the third generation and generations raised in original area, and between boar piglings and gilts (P > 0.05). The contents of GPT, glucose, Ca, P from the serum of the young pigs of the different generations or different sex was approximate. The serum total protein level and the serum albumin percentage of the third generational gilts were higher than that of the first generational gilts. The results demonstrated that those Xiang pigs were ideal experimental animal for medicine research due to their stable performances of physiology and biochemistry and their biochemical traits were close to human being.
