大鼠前扣带皮层24区丘脑腹侧基底核投射的电生理学研究

Electrophysiological Study of the Projection from Anterior Cingulate Cortex (Area 24) to Ventrobasal Thalamic Nucleus

【摘要】 用逆行诱发单位放电的方法研究了大鼠前扣带皮层24区丘脑腹侧基底核投射,并且观察了刺激丘脑腹侧基底核对前扣带皮层24区神经元自发放电活动的影响.刺激丘脑腹侧基底核时,在同侧前扣带皮层24区共记录了157个神经元, 其中59个单位对刺激丘脑腹侧基底核有反应,占37.6%;98个单位无反应,占 62.4%.在59个有反应的单位中,逆行反应的单位13个,逆行反应的潜伏期1~ 2ms.刺激丘脑腹侧基底核对同侧大脑皮层24区神经元的自发放电还能产生兴奋性或抑制性影响,潜伏期为60-100ms.

【Abstract】 The projection from anterior cingulate cortex (area 24) to ventrobasal thalamic nucleus was studied with electrophysiological method, and the effect of ventrohasal thalamic nucleus stimulation on spontaneous activities of anterior cingulate cortex (area 24) neurons was observed. 59 of 157 neurons (37.6%) in anterior cingulate cortex ipsilateral to ventrobasal thalamic nucleus responded to the stimulation of ventrobasal thalamic nucleus, and 98 of 157 neurons (62.4%) had no response. Among 59 responsive neurons, 13 neurons responded antidromicly to the stimulation. The latency was about 1 ~2ms. The stimulation of ventrobasal thalamic nucleus could also facilitate or inhibit the spontaneous discharge of the anterior cingulate cortex neurons with the latency of 60 ~ 100ms.
