【摘要】 中国对虾成熟卵呈椭圆形或卵圆形,表面有一层卵黄膜,质膜位于卵黄膜之下,并以一定的间隔凹入形成质膜凹,皮质棒位于质膜凹中。成熟卵为初级卵母细胞,核相处于第一次成熟分裂的中期。卵质分为皮层和内质,其中分布着皮层颗粒;内质中分布着大量的卵黄和脂滴,细胞器较少。更多还原

【Abstract】 The morphological structure of the mature egg of Penaeus chinensis was studied in this paper. The egg was ellipse or ovoid, and the vitelline envelope covered round the egg. Beneath the vitelline envelope was plasma membrane, and the plasma membrane was concave in a interval, the cortical rod was in neiotic the plasmalemma pit. The mature egg was primary oocyte, and the nuclear phase was in meiotic metaphase I. The ooplasm was divided into cortical layer and endoplasm, the cortical granules distributed in the cortical layer and endoplasm, a lot of vitelline granules and lipid granules was in endoplasm, and the organella was fewer.更多还原
