低频脉冲电场对真皮成纤维细胞细胞周期的影响

【摘要】 采用流式细胞分析法检测了低频脉冲电场对人真皮成纤维细胞细胞周期的影响。发现脉冲电场作用时间不同,对细胞的分裂活动产生的效应是不同的。较短时间的电场作用 (t=5分钟)能促进真皮成纤维细胞增殖,使细胞周期缩短2小时左右(与对照组相比)。而较长时间的电场作用(t=45分钟)则抑制细胞的增殖,使细胞周期延长2小时左右。并且脉冲电场对细胞周期的影响表现在S期峰出现的提前或推迟,而对S期时相的持续时间影响不大。
【Abstract】 The effect of low frequency pulsed electric field on dermal fibroblast was examined by flow cytometry analysis. Different effect on cell cycle was obtained using the different exposure time. We found that the cell proliferation could be improved in short exposure time (t =5min), but inhibited in longer exposure time (t = 45min). The effect of pulsed electric field on cell cycle showed that the appearance of S phase was advanced or postponed. It had no influence on the lasting time of S phase.
