【Abstract】 Taking the Paramecium to be a kind of experimental material, we improve the current way of isolation of the macronucleus of ciliates. The successful isolation which avoids the defects of the old way such as too much impurity and loss of the macronucleus, also been obtained with double cell homogenization, spermidine acting as a stabilizing agent and high sucrose resolution density gradient sedimentation.更多还原
