【Abstract】 A total of 360 1-day-old health male Arbor Acre (AA) broilers were randomly used for 3 dietary treatment. Each treatment was replicated four times with thirty broilers each. The dietary treatments were basal diet, basal diet+0.1% fla- vonoids of sea bucktborn and basal diet+0.2% flavonoids of sea buckthorn.Daily gain,ADFI,nutrient digestibility,rela- tive weight of immune organs, serum IgG,IgA,IgM,serum antibody titres and T lymphocytes percentage were determined. The results showed that the growth performance, relative weight of immune organs, and serum IgA of AA broilers were not significantly affected by treatments (P>0.05),and apparent digestibility of protein in diet inclined to increase (P= 0.054),but apparent digestibility of calcium in diet, serum IgG at 56th day, serum IgM at 21st day, serum antibody titres at 21st,42nd,56th day and T lymphocytes percentage at 21st,56th day were significantly increased (P<0.05).Immune function and apparent digestibility of calcium in diet of AA broilers significantly increased by different addition level of fla- vonoids of sea buckthorn.
