北京鸭日粮中钴的适宜添加量的研究

【摘要】 试验选11日龄北京鸭商品代雏鸭420只,随机分为6个处理,每处理7个复重,每重复10只,各组肉鸭体重经检验没有显著差异。日粮钴的添加水平分别为:0、0.25、0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0mg/kg。结果表明:日粮中添加钴对生产性能和胴体品质没有显著影响,但各钴添加组有降低死亡率、提高腿率和肉色的趋势。0.5mg/kg钴显著提高血液红细胞数(P<0.10);红细胞压积除4.0mg/kg 组外,其余4组均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);添加1.0、2.0 和4.0mg/kg 钴显著降低血浆铁含量(P<0.01)。随日粮中钴添加量的增加,红细胞数和红细胞压积与其呈二次曲线关系(P<0.01),血浆铁含量线性降低(P<0.01)。添加1.0mg/kg 和2.0mg/kg 钴显著提高血浆总蛋白含虽及白蛋白含量(P<0.01);各钴添加水平显著提高血浆球蛋白含量(P<0.01),显著降低血浆清球比例(P<0.01)。随日粮钴添加量的增加,血浆总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白含量与其呈二次曲线关系(p<0.01),清球比例线性降低 (P<0.01)。各钴添加水平组显著提高红细胞 C3b 受体花环率(P<0.01)。随日粮钴添加量的增加,红细胞 C3b 受体花环率线性提高(P<0.01)。添加2.0mg/kg 和4.0mg/kg 钴显著提高血浆中维生素 B12含量(p<0.01)。随日粮钴添加量的增加,血浆维生素 B12含量与其呈二次曲线关系(P<0.01)。各钴添加水平显著提高血浆钻含量 (P<0.01)和肝脏钴含量(P<0.01)。随日粮钴添加量的增加,血浆钴含量和肝脏钴含量与其呈二次曲线关系(P <0.01)。结果说明北京鸭日粮中添加钴能促进骨髓对铁的利用,增强造血机能;肝脏钴和血浆维生素 B12含量是评价北京鸭钴营养状况的理想指标,综合考虑造血及免疫相关指标,北京鸭日粮中钻的适宜添加量为1.8~ 2.8mg/kg。

【Abstract】 The experiment was employed with six levels of cobalt (0,0.25,0.5,1.0,2.0 and 4.0mg/kg) to study the effects of different levels of cobalt on performance and its related biological function of Beijing ducks.The results showed that there was no significantly impact on the performance and carcass quality in different dietary cobalt levels.There was a trend of lowering the mortality and raising the rate of legs and meat color.In contrast to the control,adding 0.5mg/kg co- balt in diet significantly increased RBC (P<0.10).PCV was significantly increased with the supplementation of cobalt in 0.25,0.5,1.0 and 2.0mg/kg (P<0.10).The iron content in plasma was significantly decreased with the supplementa- tion of cobalt in 1.0,2.0 and 4.0mg/kg (P<0.10).With the dietary cobalt content increasing,RBC and PCV were quadratic (P<0.10) and the iron content in plasma was linearly decreased (P<0.10).The TP,ALB,GLB in plasma and the C3b receptor rosette rate were significantly affected in levels of the dietary cobalt (P<0.10).Adding 0.5mg/kg cobalt in diet significantly increased the vitamin B12 content in plasma (P<0.10).The cobalt content in plasma and liver were significantly affected in the levels of the dietary cobalt (P<0.10).
