喷气纺纱第二喷嘴结构参数影响纱线强力的分析

【摘要】 喷气纺纱机中第二喷嘴的结构参数主要包括喷嘴长度、喷嘴内径、喷射孔角度、喷射孔数目、喷射孔直径和吸入口内径等参数,本文分析讨论了第二喷嘴各结构参数对喷气纱强力的影响,并通过实验找出了最优的结构参数。

【Abstract】 The second nozzle structural parameters of air-jet spinning machine mainly include nozzle length, nozzle inside diameter, jet orifice obliquity, jet orifice number, jet orifice diameter, inside diameter of yarn intake. This paper discusses the effect of these structural parameters on yarn strength and gives optimal parameters by experiments.
