【摘要】 目的研究从菌丝体中提取壳聚糖的工艺。方法对不同原料,通过酸／碱预处理得甲壳素,然后用碱法脱乙酰基制壳聚糖,再用稀酸溶出和碱沉淀纯化。结果制得白色略透明薄片状产品,收率1．09％。结论本实验室采用的从菌丝体提取壳聚糖工艺收率低,成本高,污染大,不适合工业化生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The condition of the preparation of chitosan from microorganism source was studied. Methods After the acid and alkaline pre-treatment to several kinds of microorganisms, chitin was obtained. Then the chitin was treated under hot alkaline solution for deacetylation to get the raw chitosan. It was purified by diluted acid dissolving and returned into the form of sediment by alkaline treatment. Results The transparent white lamellar product was gained. The yield of it chitosan was 1.09%. Conclusion The way of preparing chitosan from microorganism source, used in our laboratory, has low yield, high cost and great pollution, and it might not be fit for industrial production.更多还原
