企业并购绩效实证分析

【摘要】 本文以青岛双星并购案例进行实证分析,根据其并购前与后的财务报表计算出综合指标来分析并购绩效变化,得到了较好的结果。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the merger case of Tsingtao double-star corporation was researched,a satisfied results was deduced based on the change of performance of the enterprise under the weight of synthetic index.
