兴凯湖浮游植物种类、生物量及数量变动研究
Study of the composition and dynamics of phytoplankton in Xingkai Lake

【摘要】 2001年5月、7月、9月对兴凯湖浮游植物种类及数量的变动进行了研究。浮游植物共计67种,以绿藻为主,占34.3%,硅藻占28.4%,蓝藻占23.9%。浮游植物生物量为0.8491 mg/L,硅藻最高,0.6304 mg/L,占74.2%,隐藻次之占18.3%。浮游植物数量为127.66×104 ind./L,主要以蓝藻为主,54.17×104 ind./L,占42.4%, 硅藻次之35.54×104 ind./L,占27.8%。生物量季节分布以秋季最高0.9559 mg/L, 春季次之0.9274 mg/L,夏季最低0.6639 mg/L,水平分布Ⅲ>Ⅰ>Ⅱ。数量季节变以夏季最高204.62×104 ind./L,秋季最低72.54×104 ind./L;水平分布Ⅰ>Ⅱ >Ⅲ。从浮游植物种类组成、生物量、数量结合理化性状和生态条件评价,兴凯湖属中营养型湖泊,生态环境良好。
【Abstract】 The phytoplankton constitution of Xingkai Lake was investigated in May,July and September 2001. There are 67 species of phytoplankton , in which Chlorophyta accounts for 34.3 % , Bacillariophyta 28.4 % and Cyanophyta 23.9 %. The biomass totaled 0.849 1 mg/L, in which Bacillariophyta takes the first position of 74.2% and Crypto-phyta takes 18.35% in second. The density of phytoplankton is 127.66×104 ind. /L and the major species is Cyanophyta which accounts for 42.4% while Bacillariophyta take the second position of 27.8 %. The biomass in Autumn(0.955 9 mg/L) were more than that in spring(0.927 4 mg/L)and the biomass in spring were more than that in summer(0.663 9 mg/L) while we can know the zone distribution(Ⅲ>Ⅰ>Ⅱ). The density in summer get to the tip of the year(204.62×104 ind. /L) and that in the autumn decline to the lowest level(72.54×104 ind. /L) while we can know the zone dis-tribution(Ⅲ>Ⅰ>Ⅱ) . According to the constitution and the biomass of the phytoplankton, we can know that the lake of Xingkai is middle nutritious and the ecology condition is fine water quality.
