大跨度桥梁钢箱梁拼接顶推施工过程线形控制的若干问题

【摘要】 以长沙市三汉矶大桥主桥钢箱梁顶推施工线形控制实践,研究了钢箱梁拼接施工控制体系的构成,阐述了线形控制原理、方法和计算模型,并对钢箱梁拼接的影响因素作了分析,给出修正对策.实时测控系统科学的指导了整个钢箱梁在项推平台的无应力拼接,确保了成桥钢箱梁的线形和设计的一致,取得较好效果,有较好的应用价值和推广前景.
【Abstract】 Through the practice of linear-control in construction of the San Cha Ji Bridge of Chang-sha, the composition of the construction of spelling steel box girder are studied. The linear-control theory, methods and calculating model are expounded. Based on the analysis of the influential elements in spelling steel box girder, modify countermeasures are proposed, while real-time surveying and controlling system used to guide the whole process of spelling the steel box girder with non-stress on the flat roof, which in order to ensure the linearity and the pressure of the bridge consistently with their designed values.
