【摘要】 目的为了探索矫正臀部凹陷及下肢软组织畸形更有效的、简单的、安全的手术方法。方法从1997年10 月至2001年6月应用医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶为33例臀部扁平及大转子区凹陷、26例下肢软组织畸形的患者做注射填充。结果经2～34个月的随访,59例中除1例患者臀部出现部分皮肤橘皮样改变及1例患者小腿术后因一侧小腿急性炎症反应取出凝胶外,余均获得满意的效果。结论在臀部凹陷及下肢软组织畸形的矫正术中医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶是一种较理想的软组织填充物。它具有操作简单、形态易控制、手术效果好、术后效果稳定的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the more convenient and more efficient operation methods in correcting soft tissue de- fects in buttock and lowes extremity.Methods From Oct.1997 to Jun.2001,medical polyaerylamide hydrogel was used to treat 33 cases with sunken greater trochanter or flat buttocks as well as 26 cases with soft tissue deformities in the lower extremity.Results Follow-up for 2 to 34 months proved that among all these 59 cases,except one case occurred some orange peel appearance of skin in the injected area,and one case had to have the gel drawn out due to acute inflammation in the leg after filling,all other cases achieved satisfactory effects.Conclusion In correcting the soft tissue deformities of but- tock or lower extremity,medical polyacrylamide hydrogel serves as an ideal soft tissue filler.It is easy to operate while the shapes are easy to control.The effects are good and stable.更多还原
