硬质合金的电火花加工特性研究

【摘要】 本文从理论上分析了硬质合金电火花加工(简称为EDM)的特性,研究出硬质合金EDM的合理工艺参数组合。对表面微观裂纹的产生和减少,提出新的解释和措施。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the features of EDM machining of carbide are analysed in theory, reasonable machining parameters for carbide are developed,and both some new ideas for enplanation of the sause of microcracks in EDM machining of carbide and effective in EDM machining of carbide and effective measures for reduction of the microcracks are put forward.
