【摘要】 本文综述了过瘤胃氨基酸的概念、过瘤胃氨基酸的稳定性、过瘤胃氨基酸保护效果的测定方法,过瘤胃氨基酸对奶牛生产性能的影响、影响过瘤胃氨基酸效果的因素以及其应用前景。

【Abstract】 The summary rieviews definition and stability of rumen-protected amino acids,the methods of evaluating its effect,effect to performance of dairy cows,and influencing factors to rumen-protected amino acids,as well as its application in the future.
