【摘要】 以根瘤农杆菌介导法,将 Ac/Ds 转座活化标签导入陆地棉基因组中。转基因系 T₁代84个株系中有41个株系出现可见表型突变；T₂代群体中筛选出一批具有大的表型突变株系,并从98株 T₂植株中筛选到46株具有不同突变表型、只测定到 Ds 元件而无 Ac 因子的突变体,表明 Ds 已转座到其它非同源染色体上。更多还原

【Abstract】 41 mutant lines with obvious phenotypic variations were screened out from 84 different transgenic T₁ lines of upland cotton,which were transformed with the Ac/Ds construct of activation tagging via Agrobacterium-mediated transformastion.46 mutants with different traits from 98 mu- tant plants of T₂ generation were identified only harboring Ds elements without Ac transposase gene,presenting that the Ds had been removed from the original integration sites and re-inserted in the new sites of non-homologous chromosomes.更多还原
