【摘要】 目的:寻找影响颌面部静脉畸形治疗效果的因素,探讨理想和安全的治疗方法。方法:对单纯平阳霉素瘤内注射无效的 33例口腔颌面部静脉畸形在瘤体穿刺(DSA)造影指导下,行无水乙醇回流静脉栓塞后平阳霉素碘油乳刺瘤内注射治疗。结果: 随访11个月～3a,28例治愈,5例好转,治愈率为84．8%,总有效率为100．0%,面形及口腔功能良好。结论:对单纯平阳霉素瘤内注射无效的颌面部静脉畸形可瘤体造影和回流静脉栓塞治疗,无水乙醇栓塞后,然后应用平阳霉素碘油乳剂注射,可增加药物停留时间,提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To explore the factors that affect the curatve effect and the best method of treatment for the patients with maxillofacial vein malformation.METHODS:30 patients with vein malformation of maxilloface,which have no effect after bleomycin A5 injection alone,were performed DSA examination and taken interventional venous embolization with absolute ethanol plus bleomycin A5 intra tumor injection.RESULTS:11mo—3years were followed up,28 cases were cured and 5 cases were better, cure rate was 84.8%,general effective rate was 100.0%.CONCLUSION:DSA examination and interventional venous embolization should be taken to those with vein malformation of maxiUoface who have no effect after bleomycin A5 injection alone.More important,interventional venous embolization with absolute ethanol before bleomycin A5 injection may greatly prolong the time of bleomycin A5 in tumor,thus improve the therapy.更多还原
