【摘要】 目的:探讨上唇局部发育不足畸形的矫治。方法:通过鼻唇沟皮瓣等局部皮瓣、红唇再造、自体脂肪移植或生物材料植入矫正上唇局部发育不足。结果:上唇局部发育不足畸形得到矫正。上唇高度加长,红唇得到重建,上唇全层厚度加厚。上唇双侧基本恢复对称。结论:上唇局部发育不足畸形涉及组织的三维缺少,在矫正此类畸形时需要从组织的长、宽、厚度三维角度全面考虑,采用多种手段进行修整方能取得较好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the therapy for local upper labial atrophy.METHODS:Nasal-labial flap or other local flap was transferred to length the height of upper labium.Buccal mucous-muscular flap was transferred to reconstruct the atrophic vermilion border.Liposuction and fat was injected into the atrophic labium.RESULTS:The height of atrophic labium was extended,the thickness was increased,the atrophic vermilion border was reconstructed.Two sides of the labium looked symmetrical.CONCLUSION:the treatment for local labial atrophy should be conducted in three-dimensional,including enlarging height/expanding thickness and reconstructing vermilion border.更多还原
