小型猪与小鼠涎腺、泪腺、垂体超微结构比较研究

【摘要】 研究目的:对比研究小型猪、小鼠的腮腺、颌下腺、舌下腺与泪腺、垂体的超微结构, 为涎腺的基因转导治疗蛋白质分泌途径提供超微病理依据。方法:取小型猪与小鼠各一支,分别取其腮腺、颌下腺、舌下腺及泪腺、垂体,在透射电镜下比对研究。结果:小型猪与小鼠的涎腺及泪腺、垂体的腺泡细胞超微结构比较:小鼠细胞内粗面内质网等细胞器数量明显多于小型猪。腺体内血管壁上分泌颗粒数量比较:小型猪腮腺多于小鼠腮腺,小型猪颌下腺少于小鼠颌下腺。垂体内多见血管窦,此特点与其他外分泌腺不同。结论:不同种属动物涎腺腺体结构的超微差异可能对通过涎腺进行的基因转导的蛋白质分泌途径起重要作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To perform comparative ultrastructural study of parotid glands, submandibular glands, sublingual gland, lacrimal glands, pituitary between minipig and mouse for providing ultrastructural basis for secretary pathway of gene transfer to salivary glands. Methods: One adult miniature pig and one mouse were studied. Ultrastructure observation was performed in their parotid glands, submandibular glands, sublingual gland, lacrimal glands and pituitary. Results: The cell apparatus in mouse’ acinar cells is more plentiful than miniature pig’ acinar cells in all examined glands. The secretive granule on blood vessel wall was much rich in parotid gland of miniature pig compared with mouse parotid gland. More blood vessel antrum was found in pituitary, which is remarkable compared with other external secretive glands. Conclusion: This study showed that there are differences in ultrastructure of salivary glands between miniature pig and mouse. These differences may play an important role in the sorting of protein secretion when transferring genes to salivary glands.
