【摘要】 <正>目的探讨B超对腮腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法分析89例腮腺肿瘤患者的B超声像图表现,男性48 例,女性41例,年龄6-83岁,换能器频率7．5兆赫。全部病例均经组织病理学检查证实,良性肿瘤71例,恶性18例。观察肿瘤的形态、边界回声、内部回声、后方回声。结果良性肿瘤B超诊断准确性88．7％,恶性肿瘤诊断准确性88．3％,边界回声和内部回声均匀性是确定腮腺肿瘤性质的更多还原

【Abstract】 Aims To investigate the efficacy of ultrasonography in diagnosis of parotid tumors. Method Ultrasonograms on 89 patients with parotid tumors were obtained. The age of the patients ranged from 6 to 83 years. Forty-one patients were female, and 48 male. Ultrasonography was performed with 7.5-MHz transducer. All tumours were operated on and the diagnosis was confirmed by histopathologic examination. Of these patients, 71 had benign tumors, and 18 had malignant tumors.更多还原
