应用三焦点牵张成骨技术整复颏部骨缺损的实验研究

【摘要】 <正>目的:探讨应用三焦点牵张成骨技术整复颏部骨缺损的可行性及其方法。材料与方法:选取4只成年恒河猴,行下颌前份牙骨段骨截除术形成颏部正中联合部骨缺损,并在两侧缺损远中行骨切开术制备输送盘,在下颌骨残端与输送盘上安放并固定自行研制的二维可调式牵张器。经7天间歇期后开始牵张,牵张速率为1mm/d,依据每只猴颏部缺损骨段的实际测量值,通过调节牵张器使双侧输送盘沿弓形轨迹移动并在颏部正中对接以修复颏部骨缺损。在牵张结束的第8和16周分别处死2只动物,并取牵

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the feasibility of trifocal distraction osteogenesis for reconstruction of mandibu-lar symphyseal defects in rhesus. METHODS 4 rhesus monkeys were used in this study, we allowed trifocal osteogenesis to reconstruct the man - made mandibular symphyseal defects in rhesus by self - designed two - dimensional adjustable distraction apparatus. Bilateral transport disks moved along the arced trace according to our preoperative design at a rate of 1mm per day during the distraction period. RESULTS The appearance of the experimental rhesuses were much similar to the nomal ones and the regenerating bone in distraction gap was fond exactly. CONCLUSIONS The success of distraction osteogenesis for reconstruction of mandibular symphseal defects in rhesus by this self - designed two - dimensional adjustable apparatus would provide a satisfactory solution to the difficult problem in human mandibular reconstrution.
