【Abstract】 The reconstruction of mandibular defection is a difficult problem in the area of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Although various methods were used to recover the integrity of the mandible, the result of the functional rehabilitation was still unsatisfied. The combined use of non-vasculartized bone graft and dental implant is and effective and easy way for the functional reconstruction of the mandible. The present study include two patients receiving simultaneously placement of non-vascularized bone graft and dental implant. The key points of the pre-and post-operational nursery and operational cooperation were concluded.The post-operational periods of both patients were smooth. The prosthodontic procedure was completed at 9-10 months postoperatively. Both cosmetic and functional results were satisfied. This operation is a complicated procedure that has strict time and other restriction. The accurate and smooth nursary cooperation is very important for the final success.更多还原
