【Abstract】 Objective: In order to investigate the relation between LN and the invasion of buccal pouch carcinoma, the LN’s expression in the course of golden hamster buccal pouth carcinogenesis had been detected. Method; 60 golden hamster were divided into 6 groups randomly, buccal pouth mucosas of 1-5 groups were applied with 0.5% DMBA, 3 times a week, each group of animals were separately killed at 6w, 8w ,12w and 14w after applied with DMBA, the normal group of animals were killed at 14w. The buccal pouth samples were taken and fixed with 10% formalin, the sections were stained by immunohistological method (S-P method). Results: LN expressed intact and continuous line in mild, moderate and severe dysplasia/carinoma in situ,; it is amhiguous and lost in invasive carcinoma; it is disappeared at the front of invasion; LN encircled the well differentiated carcinoma nests. Conclusion: LN can be worked as a diagnostic index of oral carcinoma’s invasion, it can reflect the differentiated degree of cancer cell, LN’s expression can diagnose carcinoma in situ accurately.更多还原
