【摘要】 <正>目的:总结31例颈动脉体瘤的诊断、治疗经验,探讨并评估诊治方法的可行性,提高手术成功率和减少严重并发症。方法:回顾研究自1988年1月～2000年月收治的31例颈动脉体瘤的诊断方法、治疗措施和预后效果。结果:23例中24次手术治疗,3例行肿瘤摘除,7例肿瘤从颈动脉窦区完整剥离,仅结扎切断颈外动脉,未损伤颈总和颈内动脉;7例连同颈外动脉切除,对颈动脉更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the Diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to carotid artery chemodectoma. Method: Retrospective study of diagnosis and treatment of 23 patients with carotid artery chemodectoma between between 1987-2000. Results: 23 patients (24 cases) were treated by a curative resection of the neoplasm. 3 tumors were enucleated, 7 were resected with ligation of external carotid artery, 7 tumors and external carotid artery were resected with repair of crevasse of the common or beginning of carotid artery, and 7 had internal and common carotid artery resected. Embolized in which 1 case had internal and external artery anastomosed near skull base. No early and late deaths but one occurred and no recurrences were detected at follow-up. Conclusion: Comprehensive examination, especially carotid artery angiography is helpful for diagnosis accuracy, US is useful during mass survey. Correct treatment of internal and common carotid is of great importance and artery repair is recommended. Metas’ training effect and examination of cerebrum lateral branch circulation by carotid arteriography is affirmative and objective, preoperative selective embolization and local anesthesia are favorable to prevent undue operative risks and complications.更多还原
