【Abstract】 Objective: To study the expression of P-gp in oral squamous cell carcinoma and the relation between chemotherapy with P-gp. Methods: 56 samples of 28 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma were detected P-gp expression through immunohistochemtry. Results: 13 of 28 samples untreated were P-gp positive, 17 samples with chemotherapy were positive, there is no stastistics significance. In chemoterhapy sensitive group, 4 of 11 samples were P-gp positive, however 10 of 17 samples positive in chemotherapy resistant group. Conclusion: P-gp expression high in oral squamous cell carcinoma and the patients through chemotherapy have higher P-gp expression than untreated ones, which suggested that P-gp expression influenced the chemotherapy effect of oral squamous cell carcioma.更多还原
