【Abstract】 Objective: This study aimed to investigate the effect of quercetin on the expression of hsp70 in Tca8113. Methods: HSP70 was induced through hyperthermia at 43℃ for 20 minutes, and quercetin was added to the cell either prior to or during the hypertermia. The expression of HSP70 was examined by flow cytometry. Results: The fluorescent value of HSP70 decreased significantly compared with the control when the cell was incubated with quercetin during hyperthermia, Moreover, in the concentration rage from 20uM to 80um to 80uM, the expression of HSP 70 decreased in accordance with the concentration of quercetin increasing by degree. However, it showed no inhibitory effect when the cell was incubated with quercetin prior to hyperthermai. Concision: quercetin could inhibit expression of HSP70 and the inhibitory effect of quercetin on the expression of HSP70 was dose-dependant.更多还原
