【摘要】 <正>目的:为进一步探讨颈部恶性肿瘤的诊断方法,提高临床医生对该病的认识和诊治水平。方法:通过对一组口腔科首诊的颈部恶性肿瘤的病例分析并加以讨论。结果:本组颈部恶性肿瘤患者在术前均未能被确诊,且多为转移性,大多数可找到原发灶。结论:颈部恶性肿瘤多为转移灶, 在临床上常易被误诊,在诊断上应全面考虑,并配其他一些必要的检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the diagnosis of malignant tumor in neck. Methods: 15 cases with malignant tumor in neck were analyzed and discussed. Results: All cases cann’t be correct diagnosised before operation. Most of these cases can be found the prinitive focus. Conclusion: Malignant tumor in neck more were metastases. It is easy to be misdiagnosed, and needs some other examinations.更多还原
