【摘要】 近年来国内外对于采用摄影测量术进行交通事故现场重建进行了大量的研究,也做出了很多试验性或实用性的原型系统,但是由于技术的局限,这些原型的共享和再利用成为一大问题。本文提出了一个基于Web Service的交通事故现场重建的架构。在这个架构中,利用摄影测量技术构建在保证一定精度的基础上进行点坐标的二维和三维重建的功能模块,然后通过Web Service将这些模块发布到网上,使在不同系统平台上开发出来的不同程序,都可以调用这些模块。方便了其他研究人员的共享,有利于更便捷的开发新的系统。

【Abstract】 In recent years, researches on traffic accident reconstruction based on photogrammetry are booming domestically and overseas. A great deal of tentative prototypes and practical systems have been built. However, due to technique limitations, the sharing and reusing of these positive results became a problem. In this article, we introduce a new traffic accident reconstruction architecture based on Web Service. This architecture builds function modules according to the key photogrammetry methods and ideas, and then organizes them in a Web Service technique fashion. These modules can be combined into specific application procedures such as single view, two views or multiple views applications. Using this architecture, a 2D or 3D reconstruction of the scene with satisfactory accuracy can be retained. People are able to get distance information from the models being built, which is the basis for a better understanding and review of the accident, and for analyzing the causes of the accident. Different from traditional systems, the function modules, which are closely related to photogrammetry methods, in this architecture are capsulated by Web Service and are made available on net using SOAP protocol. With the help of standard XML, Web Service describes any program data in a platform-independent way, which makes possible the communications between application programs on different platforms using different programming languages. Local programs can invoke function modules on other system platforms in terms of relevant Web Service standards; therefore an application build-up on local platform will be easily achieved. By doing so, a great deal of time and efforts will be saved from duplicate development of basic function modules. The architecture described in this article makes program modules accessible to different programs developed on different system platforms, which facilitates convenient sharing among other research personnel and makes new system development easy and fast. This article organizes as follows: section one is the introduction of our work including why we should build a traffic accident reconstruction software using Web Service; section two is the description of the system architecture; section three is focused on the photogrammetry method which this architecture uses to achieve 2D or 3D model reconstruction; section four is the considerations when we develop the Web Service part of our system; system implementations and some field experiment results will be seen in section five; section six will be the suggestions of how to improve the performances and accuracy of the system; and that will end this article.
