【Abstract】 A high-stability and high-speed comparator is presented in the paper. The comparator uses latch to improve the propagation speed, and the performance of the circuit is perfect when the temperature varies from -40℃ to 125℃. Fabricated in a standard 0.5um CMOS process, it is simulated with HSPICE to verify the high speed and the high stability of the circuit.更多还原
