【摘要】 本文在介绍了一些典型的电流镜的基础上重点分析了一种高输出阻抗宽电压输出范围的CMOS电流镜,并提出了一款改进的高输出阻抗宽电压输出范围的电流镜,与源电路相比,改进型电路提高了电流镜的输出阻抗和电流复制精度,性能更加理想,本文也分析了改进型电流镜的稳定性。通过spice的仿真,证明了这个改进的成功。更多还原

【Abstract】 Base on the introduction of some typical CMOS currentmirrors,a high output impedance wide voltage output range of CMOS currentmirror is analyzed in detail and a modified high output impedance low supply voltage CMOS currentmirror is presented.Compare with primary currentmirror,output impedance and current transfer accuracy of the modified currentmirror is improved. Stability of the modefied currentmirror is analyzed also in this paper. By spice,the modfication of the currentmirror is successfully proved.更多还原
