矿山选厂设备维修预测专家系统的开发
Development of expert system for mine-concentrator equipment maintenance forecast

【摘要】 文章介绍了矿山选厂设备维修预测专家系统的设计思想,以及预测系统知识库、推理机的建立,阐述了系统在 Windows NT4.0网络平台下运行,采用VFP6.0开发工具研究开发,通过ODBC实现SQL Server数据库相连,并从实时监测系统获取运行数据。并概要介绍了系统各模块的功能,从而为矿山选厂设备的维修管理提供了一套科学化的方法。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the design ideas of the expert system for mine-concentrator equipment maintenance forecast are introduced, and the system knowledge bases and reasoning mechanisms are established. The running environment and development tools of the system are described as well as function models. The presented expert system provides a scientific method for the equipment maintenance of the concentrator.
