【Abstract】 A micro—computer controlled gas flow measuring system baaed upon the detection of travelling ions ionized by β rays is presented ; the ion cloud outline calculation formula are given; the necessary voltage needed for the effective collection of the ions has been derived and testified;The precision of this device is around 1—2 percent.
