【摘要】 最近研究人员提出了很多模拟真实网络演化生长的理论模型,其中一部分模型是从网络聚集生长出发的。但是,目前为止,尚没有任何相关实验研究的报道。本文利用显微照片对真实的材料(纳米GaP粒子在溶液中的凝聚体)进行了网络分析。我们将两个相邻的节点的接触定义为一条连接边,通过数据采集将其转化为一个连通的无向网络。数据采集中,我们对图片进行了分层处理,并且将表层的图形分离并转化成网络。在抽象成网络的基础上,我们对这种GaP纳米材料的基本拓扑结构进行了讨论,其中包括度分布,平均距离,簇系数等。此外,我们还研究了该网络的同步性以及自相似性。在同步性的研究过程中,我们发现浓溶液中的凝聚体同步性好于稀溶液。较好的同步性可能致使其拉曼光谱中吸收峰的强度增加。另外,通过计算发现稀溶液中凝聚体的自相似性比在浓溶液中要好。

【Abstract】 Recently, researchers have reported a lot of imitating real network evoluting growth model, in which a part of them are based on network aggregation growth. However, by now, no relative experiment has reported.In this paper, according to the microscopic pictures, real materials (GaP nanopaticles aggregation) are analyzed in the way of complex network. The definition of degree is the number of a particle’s nearest neighbors, a touch means a connection or a edge. Through doing data mapping from microscopic picture we turn it into a undirected network.. Based on this abstract network,we research the topological structure of this network including degree distrubtution, cluster coefficent and average distantance etc. In addition,we discuss self similarity and synchronization: In the discussion of synchronization, we discover the synchronization of high concentration aggregation is better than the one of low concentration aggregation and conclude a common physical reason of SERS (surface enhancement Raman spectroscopy), that is, the better the synchronization may lead to intensity enhancement of absorbing peaks in raman spectrum; on the other hand, through calculating we find that the self-similarity of low concentration solution aggregation appears to be better than it in high concentration.
